So, I thought, how can I make vegetable panna cottas from scratch?
I found this recipe on Pinterest, but after a few tweaks, it turned out to be very easy.
Here are my steps:1.
Put your fresh tomatoes in a pot.
I used the whole tomato in my recipe and it was delicious.2.
Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until the tomatoes are smooth.3.
Put a lid on the pot and add about half a teaspoon of olive oil.
Blend until the oil has melted.4.
Serve the soup with a slice of avocado.
It really is that easy!
